Terms of Service

1. The service
ARMENU provides AR digital menus for restaurants: we turn your dishes into 3D/AR models, host your menu, generate QR codes and provide a dashboard with basic analytics. By using ARMENU you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
A login is provided to each restaurant. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the content you publish. You must have the right to use any images, names and content you upload.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing or misleading content, and not to misuse, overload or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Plans & payment
Plans and pricing are agreed directly with us. A menu remains active while the plan is current. Plans are billed per the agreed period and may be cancelled at any time; the menu may be deactivated if a plan lapses. There are no long-term contracts.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of your menu content. You grant us the limited right to host, process and display it (including generating 3D/AR versions) solely to provide the service.
6. Availability & liability
We work to keep the service reliable but provide it “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, ARMENU is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from downtime or third-party providers.
7. Termination
You may stop using ARMENU at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, menu data can be deleted on request.
