Who we are
ARMENU provides augmented-reality (AR) digital menus for restaurants. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. For any question, contact us at hello@armenu.app.
What we collect
- Restaurant account data: the email address used to create a restaurant login, and the menu content (dish names, descriptions, prices, photos and 3D models) you upload.
- Anonymous usage analytics: when a diner scans a menu QR code we record anonymous events (scan counts, time, device type, AR launches, language) to give the restaurant insights. These are not linked to a person and contain no names, emails or payment data.
- Diners browsing a menu are not asked to register and we do not collect their personal data.
How we use it
To operate and improve the service, host your menu, generate QR codes, show analytics to the restaurant, and provide support. We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers.
Storage & processors
Data is stored on Google Firebase (authentication, database and file storage) and the site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Retention
We keep menu and account data for as long as the account is active. When a restaurant stops using ARMENU, its menu data can be deleted on request. Anonymous analytics may be retained in aggregate.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@armenu.app.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
